Dental Hygienist

We are currently looking to hire a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a busy and well-established practice. The successful RDH candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships and contributing to their ongoing oral health. As an RDH at this practice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from a strong team of dental professionals.

Salary Range: $47 – $52/hr.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
• Performs all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
• Providing consistent patient experience during hygiene visits
• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills

Certified Dental Assistant

We are currently looking to hire a Certified Dental Assistant to join our busy and well-established practice. As a Certified Dental Assistant at this practice you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from a strong team of dental professionals. We perform a wide range of dentistry, from basic restorative to implant restorations and same-day in-house crowns. We are looking for someone empathetic and hard working.

Salary Range: $27 – $34/hr.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
• Clean and prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient
• Detailed understanding of health and safety requirements

Clinical Assistant

Have you ever considered getting into healthcare but unsure where to begin? This may be the right position for you. If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train in the many clinical aspects of dentistry. No experience required.

Salary Range: $20/hr.

Responsibilities

• Must be detail orientated, and up for the challenge of learning something new
• Must be hard working, able to keep focus on your own but also able to work apart of large fast paced team
• Option of further training through short term courses is available as well to the right candidate

Dental Receptionist

Our established, hardworking team is looking for a full time Dental Receptionist. We believe in a positive, professional, atmosphere for both patients and team. We are looking for long-term dedicated employees, Competitive salary and benefits included. Dental experience is an asset. The right candidate must be able to work under pressure when necessary and must be well organized and capable of multitasking. Must be comfortable with computers and Microsoft Applications.

Salary Range: $23 – $32/hr.
